WML were involved in part 1 of a 2-part investigation for the expansion of the lithium processing plant at the Pilgangoora Pilgan project.

The investigation included boreholes, test pits and a geophysical survey to provide an interpretive geotechnical report with an allowable bearing capacity, expected settlement and resultant subgrade of modulus reaction for each of the proposed infrastructure. The geophysical survey allowed for dynamic soil properties to be provided for the vibrating and oscillating plant.
